Before I start explaining meditation tips
I want to tell about my goal to start this Blog,
In My family there are around 10 people's out of the 10 .only one is earning for other 9 people's ,so the one who is earning gets very mentally stressed and when some one just make some movement He or She gets angry . for this types of people's I have started the Blog.
Now,
We start the Meditation tips .In our daily life we face loads of problems like Job tension, Family matters ,Work Burden and more.
But the only way to calm your mind is Meditation. Meditation needs Time and Attention that What you don't have.
Our body is made up of 5 types of Quintet .Not Our body but the whole Universe is made up of These Quintet .These are Earth , Water , Air , Fire , Ether .
We are just a small part of the Universe .But our Mind is the biggest source of our Imagination that is out the Earth ,out of the World ,out the Universe.
We are not able to determine what the things that Our Mind can able to Imagine .For Meditation you just need a Mat and a suitable space.
But the main thing is brain. concentration of brain you are sitting here but your mind is not present at the Movement.
